Protea Training has been delivering Driver CPC training since 2009. We specialise in providing driver CPC training for agency drivers and general hauliers.

Our trainers have over 25 years of LGV Driving experience and understand that most drivers would prefer to be out on the road, rather than sitting in a classroom. Our primary goal is to offer a fun, friendly, relaxed learning environment that everyone feels comfortable in.
At our training centre in Wakefield we offer various Driver CPC courses ranging from 5-day courses giving you 35 hrs to individual 7-hour courses focusing on specific areas.

Protea Training is an ALLMI Accredited Lorry Loader Training Centre offering both Lorry Loader Operator and Slinger signaller courses either at customers premises or at our Wakefield Site. We can provide the equipment if required.
Protea Training now provide a FORS approved Safe Urban Driving Course. This course focuses on putting the driver in a 'real life' experience as to a cyclist's perspective of riding on busy UK roads. Attending a SUD course is also a mandatory requirement under the recently published 'Standard for Construction Logistics.The course is also in line with requirements for FORS Silver Accreditation and provides 7 hrs towards the drivers CPC training.
